Only 49 names were approved out of the 317 name that were submitted.

Meanwhile, bebeakinboade.com gathered that critics have complained that one of the 49 is not fit to be awarded such an honour and this is no other than Seyi Law. Reasons being that the budding comedian has once been booked by Lagos State road authorities and had his car impounded for defaulting traffic laws.
They went ahead to say that special marshals should be without any past "traffic or criminal record."
Another set of critics also claim that a while ago, he had another "mishap" with some police men although the reasons not stated.
