Snoop Lion Presents "Lionfest" At SXSW

Entertainment icon and multi-platinum artist Snoop Lion will celebrate the release of his highly-anticipated new album and film, "REINCARNATED," with the “LIONFEST” concert at VICELAND during SXSW. The event will also feature sets by Diplo and Major Lazer, Dancehall star Mavado and very special guests.
“LIONFEST” will feature Snoop Lion performing his past hits, as well as new songs. VIBE recently talked to Snoop about why he chose to have his album produced by the Major Lazer production team and Diplo. The album will be released in conjunction with Berhane Sound System, Mad Decent, VICE Music, and RCA Records.
" REINCARNATED" features Drake, Chris Brown, T.I., Busta Rhymes, Akon, U.K. singing star Rita Ora, and dancehall stars Popcaan and Mavado among others. The album includes the peace anthem “Lighters Up”, the boisterous “Here Comes The King”, and the very personal, “No Guns Allowed,” featuring Drake, which will serve as the album’s next single. The LP hits stores on Apr.23
