TMZ is reporting that Bieber's buddies, including rapper Lil Twist, took over Bieber's home in Calabasas, CA last week and threw a huge party, complete with booze and pot.
Lil Twist is staying in Bieber's house while Justin is away, and apparently invited 40 girls to the place for a patented Bieber pot party, sans the singing sensation, who is in Europe on tour.
