Dimitar Berbatov is not a man who likes to do things like everybody else.
As a player, the Fulham striker is popular with neutrals for his laid-back style and effortless class, with a dollop of 'I'm not chasing back for that thrown in'.
As a T-shirt wearer, his choice of 'Keep calm and pass me the ball' was a talking point back in December.
