Kardashians Sue Ex-Stepmom Over Use Of Father's Possessions

The Kardashian sisters are coming for their ex-stepmother.
Ellen Pearson who was married to their late father Rob Kardashian, most known for being a member of O.J. Simpson's defense team, and allegedly still retains his diary, old family photo albums and a holiday family photo. 

Now, the reality siblings and mother Kris Jenner have filed a lawsuit against Pearson for crafting a "despicable and unlawful scheme to hold in secret and convert, and now exploit ... private personal and copyright protected" material, THR reports.
The items reportedly document the lives of the Kardashians before they were famous and have recently popped up in the media. One example was cited in the Feb. 4 issue of In Touch magazine that contained an article titled "The Secret Kardashian Diaries" while Life & Style magazine had an article described as "Feature on the life struggles of the Kardashians including Khloé Kardashian."
According to the complaint, at the time of Robert Kardashian's death in 2003, he left the "bulk of his personal tangible and intangible property" to his four children, including Robert Kardashian Jr. Now the family states the items are "incontestably" their inheritance and property.
