Celebrity Hackers Say They're Behind Swatting Pranks

The hackers responsible for spewing out the financial records of big-named stars like Jay-Z, Beyonce and Hillary Clinton now claim they're behind the swatting pranks.

TMZ reports that the hackers updated their site with the info and are also privately taking credit for every swatting prank that took place since authorities tried to nab the original alleged swatting mastermind (a 12-year-old boy from California).
The hackers are allegedly bragging about swatting Kim Kardashian, Tom Cruise, Chris Brown and even the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Diddy recently became the latest victim to the prank trend -- which involves 911 calls on claims of armed intruders in the homes of celebs -- after squad cars rolled up to his mansion Wednesday (April 3).
There was no evidence that proved any crime, nor were there any celebs present in the home at the time of the "swat", according to The Daily News. An officer on the scene explained, “It could have put people at risk inside that house. What if someone came out of the house abruptly and didn't heed the officers. They might have been hurt."
The FBI continues to look into the investigation but so far, no arrests have been made.
