Paul Walker, best known for his roles in the Fast & Furious films, has died in a fiery car crash. Walker, 40, was the passenger in a pal's Porsche when the vehicle lost control, crashed into a tree and exploded in Santa Clarita, Calif., north of Los Angeles. Both the driver and Walker have been reported as dead. A message on Walker's Facebook page confirmed the news late Saturday evening.
"It is with a truly heavy heart that we must confirm that Paul Walker passed away today in a tragic car accident while attending a charity event for his organization Reach Out Worldwide. He was a passenger in a friend's car, in which both lost their lives. We appreciate your patience as we too are stunned and saddened beyond belief by this news.
