While Chris Brown gears up for a rehab stint in Malibu, Justin Bieber was spray painting his support for Breezy in Colombia. Though graffiti on this particular wall in Bogota is permitted, the "Recovery" singer didn't ask for permission for his impromptu street art even with police were in vicinity.
