Things got hot and heavy at Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds' crib this past weekend after a fire started in the bathroom as his Los Angeles mansion, TMZ reports.
Fire trucks reportedly raced to the Grammy-winning R&B producer/ songwriter's pad, where his sprinkler system was able to put out the flames before the units arrived. No word on what started the fire.
His rep confirmed that the house was occupied, although it is unknown whether the 54-year-old music man was inside at the time of the incident. There are also no reports of injury or major damage as a result of the blaze.
Babyface, who has clocked in over 26 No. 1 R&B hits throughout his lengthy career, recently heat things up on the Hollywood Walk of Fame after receiving his own star last week.
Family friend/ Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner was on-hand for the festivities. "Congratulations Kenny AKA Babyface for getting a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame!!! Well deserved!!…"
He is also set to release a collaborative project with singer Toni Braxton in 2014.
