Even though Chris Brown is taking a bit of a break for rehab, he's still fighting back against some of the lawsuits attached to his name. Earlier in the year, Sha'Keir Duarte filed a $2 million lawsuit against Breezy after allegedly getting hurt during the infamous recording studio brawl with his cousin Frank Ocean. Now, Chris Brown is countersuing, claiming that Duarte threatened to kill him.
According to Brown, Duarte actually instigated the fight by pushing, kicking and punching him while making such threats. He's seeking unspecified damages.
