Alicia Keys, Usher, Fun. and More Added to Inaugural Ball Lineup
Following yesterday's announcement of performances by Beyoncé and Kelly Clarkson at the official ceremony in the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 21, a few more artists have been added to the festivities. Alicia Keys, Usher, Stevie Wonder, Fun. and Katy Perry have been added to the musical roster to perform at the Kids' Inaugural Concert on Jan. 19.
"Vice President Biden and I are honored to have these wonderfully talented musical artists perform at the Inaugural ceremony," Obama said yesterday after the first performance announcement
Other acts have been reportedly scheduled to perform during the inaugural events, including Smokey Robinson, Marc Anthony, Far*East Movement and Nick Cannon. The cast of "Glee" and the Soul Children of Chicago choir are also scheduled to take the stage. The Inaugural Committee has not confirmed for which events these artists will appear, however.
