The rapper was arrested in Los Angeles last night (Aug. 29) after a clothing store raid in Hyde Park. Police arrived at Slauson Avenue Clothing after receiving a complaint about a probation violation. The 29-year-old rapper was taken into police custody along with the suspected violator, according to NBC Los Angeles. He was booked for “obstructing a peace officer.”
Nipsey is scheduled to perform for the Made In America festival at Grand Park tomorrow (Aug. 31) at 4:45pm.
