It’s almost here.  The 2012 edition of the Miss Universe competition will take place this Wednesday 19th December 2012 at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Las Vegas, USA.
Just before our African queens vie for the crown with other beauty queens, here are snapshots of them in their national costumes and preliminary competition swimwear and gowns.
