The New Year started on a sad note for esteemed filmmaker Spike Lee with the passing of his younger brother Christopher "Shadow" Lee on New Year’s Eve.

After bringing in 2014 with Jay Z, Beyonce and Drake at Diddy’s Miami NYE Party, the die-hard Knicks enthusiast reflected on his loss and released details for Christopher's memorial.
"‘Memorial Services For Our Brother Christopher"SHADOW" Lee Will Be Held This Saturday January 4th 10am At The Brown Memorial Church 484 Washington Avenue Corner Of Gates Avenue In Brooklyn New York. All Chris' Friends In The Grafitti Community Are More a Than Welcome To Attend. The veteran director has over 50 movies under his belt but made headlines in the past over financial differences with his younger bro that came to light.
According to BET News, Spike addressed the fall out, saying, "I'm not the first nor will I be the last public figure who will be accused by a sibling of not doing enough. My question is, ‘When is enough enough?"
